Joinery Design Challenge


Calling all Londoners – win a joinery design!

We will be choosing the most interesting joinery challenge you throw at us and the winner will get 4 hours of our design time free to draw up a beautiful, carefully designed storage space in your home. Check out the examples below of joinery we’ve designed for inspiration.

To join in, follow us on your favourite social platform and tag us in a post with a photo of the awkward space you want to make use of and a quick explanation of what you’d like. We’ll keep the challenge open until 5thOctober, and then select the brief we’re most excited by!

The details

  1. We can only consider entrants who have a London postal district address.

  2. We’ll notify the challenge winner by direct message within 14 days of the close date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  3. We’ll be giving away 4 hours of total design time, including:

  4. Telephone consultation/ discussion of feasibility of winner’s ideas.

  5. One site visit to measure subject to location and at a mutually convenient time.

  6. Pdf copies of one draft and one revised final design

NB:  None of Construction costs (labour and materials) to build the Joinery, Project Management of the construction or further site visit during/ after construction are included, though APM can provide a recommendation for suppliers to quote for this work.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
