Liz is an experienced Registered Interior Designer®, with a background in architecture. She oversees and heads multiple projects, bringing value to clients both in the ease of implementation and the lasting success of a space. She administers up to date training (on both regulatory elements and successful design outcomes and trends) for the team and enjoys delivering excellent quality designs and renovation projects, no matter the size. As President Elect of the British Institute of Interior Design and Chair of the Sustainability Committee, she helps to steer policy and strategy- encouraging and enabling the industry to improve its ecological impact. Liz oversaw the writing of the BIID’s updated 2021 Code of Conduct and development of the Sustainable Specifying Guide. As a leader in her field, she regularly speaks at, or is invited to events- ensuring the latest innovations, technologies and design considerations are instilled in the business and applied to client projects.
Jo is an enterprising interior designer, leading some of our largest renovation projects and heading the Brighton practice. She is passionate about creating homes that are both a pleasure to live in and that make highly effective use of space, by applying both her visual creativity and analytical problem-solving skills – as well as her experience living in compact properties in London & Brighton. Jo brings leadership, business operations knowledge, and client service skill from her previous successful career in digital media. This is invaluable in managing complicated projects and helping clients to navigate the technical detail of their renovations. Jo’s meticulous attention to detail and Excel savvy lead to the development of our ‘Absolute Spreadsheet’- used to capture and record all aspects of a project into one place for clear and efficient use. She is an engaged participant in the industry, through her membership of the British Institute of Interior Design Diversity & Inclusion committee and contribution to industry journalism and events.
Zoe joined us as an Interior Design graduate from Arts University Plymouth. She is now an experienced Interior Designer & Project Manager expertly coordinating clients, contractors and specialists across many of our renovation projects.
Zoe works closely with clients to create homes which celebrate the unique characteristics and features of a space, whilst reflecting the clients aspired vision. Zoe has written and delivered presentations to students on her experience in the industry and has worked with the steering group for Interior Design Declares- a sustainability movement dedicated to educating & changing the industry to be at the forefront of the biodiversity crisis. This, alongside Zoe’s passion for all things textiles & fabrics, ensures she keeps the team up to date with new technologies and eco options available and suitable for APM projects.
