The renovation of this North London home included airy loft and rear extensions, dramatically improving the property by creating a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, and a comfortable top floor suite. Extensive bespoke joinery was designed and fitted throughout, to accommodate the clients’ impressive book and shoe collections. A complete electrical and heating overhaul was also completed to modernise and add comfort to the home.
Sustainability was a key focus, with the installation of PVs (solar panels), underfloor heating, triple glazed windows, extensive eco-insulation and a green roof over the new rear extension. We ‘Freecycled’ most existing fittings, helping make the renovation and finished home as environmentally friendly as possible.
