"A unique project that was fuelled by the fabric of the building. This allowed for a creative scheme of fusing modern finishes around Bauhaus architecture"

Our clients enlisted us to help with the renovation of 2 adjoining flats in a Bauhaus-style apartment building, with the enlarged 2-bedroom flat to become their main home and the 1-bedroom flat to be rented out. The building was previously a German hospital and is of historical significance, having played a significant role in World War 2, and underwent a remodel into residences in the 1990s. We worked with an architect to gain Listed Building Consent to complete the works, with the new concept created by a designer in Spain, and final design inclusive of particular components loved by the clients

The overall layout of the flats was dramatically changed to make both spaces more accessible, functional and pleasant to be in. In their main home, stunning oak parquet flooring, bespoke window dressings and a bespoke two-tone kitchen came together to create a luxurious and stylish space in keeping with the history of the building.
